About Jeff Kampf

I first went to school for music at the Manhattan School of Music in New York, and I worked and performed in the event planning and entertainment industry until 2001.  After attaining my B.A. in history from Rutgers University, and earning my M.A. degree in history and education from The College of New Jersey, I became a high school history teacher.  In 2009, I earned my 2nd M.A. in genocide and Holocaust Studies from Kean University, and started teaching at the college level.
I started Lifelong Cognition in 2017, after having the opportunity to lecture at an independent and assisted living community. I fell in love with the idea of Life Long Learning, and creating programs to engage retirees and help foster their cognitive health.
I have always loved being a teacher and a messenger in spirit. These qualities, along with my passion for knowledge help me understand the need for Life Long Education.

Our mission is to encourage intellectual and cultural enrichment for seniors, by providing a stimulating college level lecture, workshop, and seminar environment through a resident driven program. Residents can choose the topics they want to learn about or we can suggest one for you.
